This April 13th Honor Flight Southland safely flew 38 WWII veterans to Washington DC where they were able to visit and reflect at all their memorials. The U.S Veterans that attended were in their 90’s and were also accompanied by one Veteran that was 101 years old. The Veterans were welcomed back by their families on April 15th. The Stanley W. Ekstrom Foundation has great respect and proudly supports veteran affairs such as those done by the Honor Flight Southland.
