The Stanley W. Ekstrom Foundation is please to begin an association with Oscar’s Place Adoption Center and Sanctuary a non-profit dedicated to providing a safe haven for farm animals in need.
Currently Oscar’s Place is focusing on the plight of the donkey population. Alarmingly donkey hides are in high demand as an ingredient in medicines. This has led to a widespread abuse of some of the most loving and trusting creatures on earth. Recently a new scale was purchased for Oscar’s Place in order to better serve and care for their ever-growing donkey population. The Stanley W. Ekstrom Foundation is proud of the work being undertaken by Oscar’s Place and looks forward to a productive relationship.
